Tequity Podcast on Spotify!!

Even before I left Microsoft at the end of 2022, I was making appearances on podcasts, telling my story, preaching the Tequity message. Over this past year, we made plans to create our own podcast, to control the narrative, find our own guests, and tell our own story.

I tapped a colleague at Microsoft, Fatima Kardar, to be our inaugural guest. Listen to the podcast, and you’ll hear about her amazing story into the highest executive suite positions at the company. She gives insights on being an exec, the evolution of AI, work in general, and how she views a diverse world, and the tech role in it.
